    Help shape the energy turnaround at Elements Green as a Land Acquisition Manager (m/f/d)

    • Lead the sales organisation of the business, utilising both direct and indirect networks to secure landowner relationships.

    • Responsible for local stakeholder management and engagement, both internally and externally

    • Lead direct greenfield identification and origination efforts, including the management of any external regional land and sales consultants.

    • Create high-level, bespoke sales and marketing documentation to be used to directly approach and engage with landowners and municipalities.

    • You develop PV projects and actively promote the identification of suitable areas and market partners, evaluate and check project ideas, conduct contract negotiations, develop solar parks on your own responsibility until they are ready to be built and make the investment decision in the responsible committees.

    • You prepare offers and presentations and manage the approval and urban land use planning procedures. In addition, you skillfully conduct discussions with landowners, mayors and authorities.

    • You coordinate and lead internal project teams as well as external experts (e.g. planning offices and biologists).

    • You negotiate important contracts independently. These include leases to secure land as well as contracts for use, design and urban development.

    • Together with your colleagues from internal sales and the project engineers, you determine, analyze and evaluate the necessary planning documents.

    Help shape the energy turnaround at Elements Green Italia SRL. as a Junior Project Development Manager (m/f/d)

    - Support the process of delivering greenfield solar developments across the UK;

    - Coordinate supporting documentation in relation to land agreements, permitting, environmental and grid analysis from both internal and external sources;

    - Work with senior team members to help identify, highlight, register and control risks relating to the projects’ development;

    - Help manage data rooms to provide timely and accurate information to internal teams;

    - Work as a conduit between origination, technical and commercial teams;

    - Help prepare presentation documents for internal due diligence process with senior leadership.

    - Degree in Engineering or other related scientific field;

    - Fundamental understanding of the development process for greenfield renewable energy assets;

    - Experience in a similar role within renewable asset developer or investor;

    - Strong organisation and stakeholder management skills;
