    Your Profile

    • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a comparable technical field

    • Several years of experience managing large infrastructure or renewable energy projects, ideally in the battery storage sector

    • Technical knowledge in high-voltage grid connection and BESS is a strong advantage

    • Proven experience in project planning and stakeholder coordination across complex development environments

    • Strong project management skills (ideally with certifications such as PMP or IPMA) and familiarity with working alongside authorities and third-party contractors

    • Excellent organisational skills and a solution-oriented mindset

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team

    • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
