Elements Green and Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) Announce €80 Million Platform Financing

Elements Green has successfully secured €80 million in financing through a partnership with Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP). The agreement, structured through CIP’s Green Credit Fund I (CI GCF I), will help accelerate the development of Elements Green’s extensive 13GW portfolio of solar and battery storage projects.

The €80 million will be invested across a diversified range of solar and energy storage projects, with the funds primarily allocated to development, construction, and acquisition.

This partnership marks a key milestone in Elements Green’s ongoing commitment to delivering flexible, large-scale clean energy solutions that are essential for driving the global energy transition.

James Gates, Chief Investment Officer at Elements Green, commented, “This new partnership with CIP provides us with the flexibility and capital necessary to accelerate the expansion of our project pipeline, while maintaining long-term ownership and control. It supports our strategy to scale up and become a major Independent Power Producer (IPP).”
